I am looking to get new cookware. Are copper sets worth the hassle?
I really like the All Clad Cop-R-Chef set but I wanted to know more about the upkeep and cleaning. Do they have to be cleaned right after being used? Any advice? Or should I just still with the stainless steel set? Thanks!
I think you should go with the stainless steel set. Copper cookware tends to discolor really easily…and there isnt much difference in their performance.
