How to remove refinisher from hardwood floor?
I rejuvenated my hardwood floor with a finisher I bought. I put it on with a damp mop. I thought it was just something to bring the shine back to my floor and I could clean it off. But its like a thin coat of varnish and it won’t come off. I want to remove it because it went on blotched and smeary my floor looks awful. How can I remove it and not ruin the finish on my finished hardwood? I have finished hardwood but it has gone dull in places.
Read the instructions on the product before you use it next time. You’ll have to have the floor stripped and refinished now.
