My roommate just moved out after nine months of renting, should I have her steam clean the carpet in her room?
My roommate just moved out after nine months of renting a bedroom from me. She refuses to steam clan it. I checked the carpet and there are dirt marks and traffic marks. She left the room just vacuumed, should I have her steam clean the carpet in her room, or should I just deduct it from her security deposit? I just want to end in good terms.
I’ll appreciate any feed back
if you had it in her lease to have the carpet cleaned when she moved out,,,you really can’t. Most landlords allow for normal ware and tare.
