How long have you had it? Do you like it? Pros and cons?

I’ve got a Bissell steam mop. I don’t really like it. It’s a little heavy and your wrist hurts after a while. Your floors are rather wet when you finish and it takes a while for them to dry. My tiles always dried streaky. I think I used it 4 maybe 5 times and it’s been sitting in my cupboard for months now.
