Which pet odor product works the best?
Our 14 wk old puppy is 90% housetrained now, so it’s time to get serious with the carpet. I’ve tried a few products- the bissell brand stuff for my carpet shampooer, and an enzyme product called Wee-Wee, and I just don’t want to spend another $10-$30 on something that doesn’t work. The names I hear recommended the most are Nature’s Miracle & Simple Solution. Do they really work?
And yes, I’ve tried vinegar. I think I hate the smell of vinegar almost as much as puppy pee.
The best I have found is a product sold only by vets. It is ” The Equalizer”. It is a carpet stain and odor eliminator. It comes in a spray can and is made by EVSCO Pharmaceuticals, Division of Vetoquinol USA, Inc. Buena,NJ. Phone 1-800-267-5707. If the vet doesn’t stock the item then contact the company and they will refer you to the nearest vet who does. Cost is about $ 12.00 and worth every cent.
