All Clad Roasting Pan
I would like to buy a very good quality large roasting pan&I was wondering if anyone could recommned one? Thx!
I have All-Clad pots and pans but I am open to any brand for my roaster (I just want a very good quality one that’s reiewed highly).
This is the roaster (below) recommended by America’s Test Kitchen. I follow most of their recommendations religiously. I also have almost all All Clad with a few Le Creuset. I purchased mine from Amazon.com. I couldn’t find the same model in the store.
